Do I need to upgrade to lightroom premium to edit photos on my mobile

Hi, i just downloaded normal version of Lightroom for mobile but it does not allow any edit function. is this normal and I must upgrade to premium or is some bug?

if you wanna edit Raw file and many other option like filters etc you need to subscribe premium option.
