Error importing a RAW picture in my ipad when I transfer it through itunes

I got an error only when I try to import a picture that i have transferred from itunes  to my iPad but when I upload the picture and then I download it from my ipad and import it to Lightroom it works, what can I doo?:(

Can you try again using the latest update version 4.1 that was released on Monday, and reply back if you're still blocked?
