Hi there,

As images are not getting import into Lightroom, let's make it right!

Could you please let us know answer some questions for me? as that would help me understand the issue in a better way.

  • What process are you trying to use to import the images?
  • Are you getting errors?
  • Please provide a detailed description of what you are doing, and what happens.

Regards,
Sahil

Hi Sahil,

I am using the “+” button in the right hand corner of the app, selecting 1 or more photos and pressing import. I don’t get an error, all it does is pop up with a blue box in the middle of the screen saying “failed to import”.

Thanks,

Anna

Hi Anna,

1. do you have problems with one or many images?

2. Can you import them over e.g. https://lightroom.adobe.com?

3. Do these images that cannot be imported, do they come from the same camera?

If possible could you try to share one of these image with the team?

I've messaged you privately - so that you don't have to share it publicly.

Best regards,
Ignacio

Hi Ignacio,

1. Multiple images, I’ve tried loads of different ones

2. I’ve tried on there and it works

3. No they don’t come from the same camera, but I’ve imported photos previously taken by that camera

The only thing I thought of is that the photo isn’t downloaded on my phone, but I did it with one that is downloaded and there was the same error.

I’ll send you one of the photos I’m trying to import.

Thanks,

Anna
