Get the accounts back lost images & presets - Lightroom

I just changed the phone (iphone8) and I don't know how to get my account back with my photos and presets... please someone can help me?

Sorry to hear that, have you tried signing into the Lightroom app with your email ID?

Also, do you have s ubscription or were you using a trial?
What version of Lightroom are you working on?
