Hello - Lr Mobile photos are greyed out

My Lightroom mobileimages blanked out to grey and aren't showing display. I've tried clearing the cache and restarting lightroom mobile and still couldn't get them.

Could you try to re-sign-in to the app. Hope this helps - Guido/ lr Mobile QE
