Help! New phone and Lightroom Premium not working.

 Hi there! I got a new iPhone and all of my apps transferred without any problems. Lightroom worked perfectly. The next day when I accessed Lightroom all my photos and presets were gone. I also cant restore my purchase as it says there is a duplicate purchase with another Adobe ID. Can anyone assist? I dont have another AdobeID.
