How to include the thumbnail image (rich preview) when sharing a Lightroom Mobile collection?

Hi, does anyone know how to ensure the link used to share a Lightroom mobile collection via WhatsApp or iMessage includes a rich preview (small thumbnail image, chosen within the collection settings) alongside the link? It worked for me before but no longer 😞 Thank you
