How to sync Lightroom on mobile with Lightroom on tablet

Hi, I'm new to lightroom. I have the lightroom mobile version. I have images imported on the mobile app on my phone. I want to be able to access them on my tablet for editing but when I open my lightroom app on my tablet they dont show up there. I tried to see how I could link them  but having no luck? I paid for premium to be able to do this. Did I, misunderstand?

Hi, thanks for the reply.

Yes I've logged in with the same account on both devices. No I dont see
that screen but when I clicked the link it showed me this. Says sync issues
and says that the sync hasn't finished. Not sure what to do.

Hi Kelly, 

I do see you have a valid subscription, so sync really should work. what specific devices and OS versions are you using?  Android, iOS?  If you force the apps to close and relaunch them, does that help?  

Have you updated to the latest version of our app, and are your OSes updated?
