I am not able to renew my subscription on lightroom. I paid for two months already without being able to use the app! Everytime I press "renew" it gives an error and says to contact helpcenter. please help to solve this

I replied to your separate post, but not can't find it, so I'm following up here.
I forwarded your issue to our server team, and they have fixed your account. You should see your Lighroom Premium subscription working normally now.
This is a user to user community. For some issues it will be necessary to contact Adobe directly. Click the following link and scroll down the page to Individual.
