I lost the images I had in Lightroom free mobile version.

I had the free version of the application, however I restarted my mobile and the photos that I had in the application's library were lost because when I installed it again, they did not appear. I had the application linked to my email. A customer service advisor mentioned to me that with the free version I had 2GB of space for images and that when I installed the application again the images would appear, but it was not. Does anyone know if I can retrieve those edited images and how could I do it?

When using the free version of Lightroom, photos are not backed up to Lightroom Premium's cloud storage, or Creative Cloud storage as the Adobe Support person incorrectly stated.  Unfortunately, deleting the app would also delete the photos that were inside the app.  Reinstalling the app can't un-delete the photos that the previously installed app once had.

Do you regularly back up your device?  If you have a backup from a time when you still had the photos, then restoring that backup should also restore your original Lightroom app and the photos inside it.  I hope this helps a bit.
