It kicks me back to the upgrade screen but when I click to upgrade, I get a dialogue box stating I’ve already paid.

Could you try the following steps?
- Sign out of the App Store via your iOS settings ->iTunes&App Stores
- Begin your purchase flow within Lr Mobile
- When prompted, tap Use Existing Account and continue the purchase process and confirm at the end.
Let me know your results.

Hi,
It still doesnt work. It just says in the app to ”get premium now” and when i press it it says ”you already have premium, next renewal is the 6th of march”.
Plaease help me, it hasent worked for a week.

When you open up iOS setting ->iTunes&App Store...long tab your Apple ID and choose View Apple ID...is there the Lr Premium subscription listed under the iOS subscription entry. Could you post a screenshot if possible. Thanks in advance, Guido/ Lr Mobile

Hi,
Yes it’s the newest update, I have also deleted the app and installed it again, I think the problem is because I had the 30 Days test version and it’s now to end, and if it ask me if I’d like to upgrade to premium, it tells me I have already bought it and I have to try it again(see picture)

Hi,
You have to end your test version, then you have to upgrade it on the homepage, with kreditcard/PayPal. It doesn’t work if you buy it from the AppStore.
