Importing Live Photos from iCloud to LR Mobile

Hi,

I store all of my iPhone photos in iCloud. I don't have photostream enabled on my laptop. I have set up LR Mobile to automatically sync with iCloud. However, my Live photos get imported as a series of jpgs only. What am I doing wrong? I thought at least they would be turned into .mov files.

Your iPhone creates both a MOV and a HEIC file for Live Photos, and when LR imports from the camera roll, it picks up the HEIC and not the MOV. I don't think there is any way to change this behavior.
