Hallo,

LG Andrea

Hi,

this is most likely caused by the WD Cloud apps so called Document Provider Extension.
Any app that has one can specify how they want it to handle documents/images.
In this case it seems like the WD app doesn't let through more than one image at a time while not having set a limit for it.

I would encourage you to save the images over the network and not the WD Cloud app until they have fixed the issue.
You can do so by exporting to the Files app.
In the Files app you need to tap on the three dot icon and Connect to Server.
Now you can add the server as a favorite in the Files app and continue using it.

Hope it helps.

Thanks,
Ignacio
