Hi. I had my premium 100gb subscription from App Store expired, and chose to renew it in App Store. When I returned to LR my subscription remained expired, despite now being active under my subscription in App Store. I've tried logging in and out, log in using my Apple ID and Adobe ID, restarting, delete and reinstall... nothing works. When I click on restore purchases I get a page with a spinner not doing anything, Any suggestion? Thanks!

I am having the exact same problem. My subscription auto-renewed through App Store on April 12, and verified with Apple. LR Mobile App still says expried, although my Adobe acccount online says renewed. Tried loggin in/loggin out, restarting, etc. to no avail.

I see you had a Lightroom Mobile susbcription through iTunes that expired back in March, and you now have a different 20 GB plan subscribed from adobe.com -- is everything now working OK for you?

Hello, I see you have a Lightroom Mobile subscription. This allows you premium service on iPhone, iPad, and Android, as well as lightroom.adobe.com in any web browser. This does not provide access to the Lightroom Desktop app on your Mac. If you need to use Lightroom on your Mac, you could cancel your mobile subscription and start a new subscription on for Lightroom on your Mac. The desktop subscription includes access to the mobile apps.
