Hello,

I have a IPhone 6s and I use Lr CC. Last week, I took  a lot of pictures. I left my telephone processing those pictures at night. Next day, I tried to use It again. Unfortunately, I found a black screen with a circle Indicating loading. Even restarting the iPhone didn’t help. Problem is that I disconnected my session.. I connected it immediately. Tragedy came!! I loose all my pics. It wasn’t synchronized because I had no internet....

question is: can I recover those pictures processed by app but not synchronized? I am guessing they should be somewhere on local on my IPhone but I cannot find them even if I am using ITunes

anyone can help?

thanks a lot

You could try to connect via iTunes share as described here....How to recover Lightroom for mobile (iOS) photos using iTunes File Sharing

Hope this helps. Guido/ Lr Mobile QE

Hello,

Thanks for your answer.

We already tried it and we didn’t find our pics.

the only ones we found were the ones taken after disconnecting with iPhone native app....
