Issues saving pictures to device

I haven't had problems saving pictures before. I usually just click "save to device", and it works. For the past couple of days now, I haven't been able to save any of my pictures that I've already edited and saved from Lightroom. When I click "save to device" it will either say "No internet connection" or "Please subscribe to download images from the Cloud." I know it's not my internet connection, because my internet has been working just fine. Has anyone had this problem before?
