I sell presets online and I've received 7 complaints today all saying for the first time that their dng files don't work. After checking with my customers, these dng files are indeed being imported as "empty". They don't contain any information like they used to. I tried the same files on my older version of Lightroom mobile and they work fine. This is clearly an issue with the latest update of the app. All users who had this issue had just dowloaded the new app. Can you please fix this?
