Issues with subscription

I recently went on Lightroom mobile to do some editing and noticed I no longer have access to premium features, I went and looked I still have my subscription going it is on auto payments every month I've had no issues and all of a sudden it doesn't let me use the features I've tried reloading the app canceling the subscription and adding it back, and removing the app nothing has worked and I'm still unable to access those features. 
Any help is appreciated,

Could you try to sign-in with the same Adobe-id which you use for this forum. Looks like that this is the one where you have the subscription applied.  Hope this helps - Guido/ Lr Mobile QE
