Lightroom App crashes all the Time since last iOS update on ipad

Hello,

The app lightroom mobile (v6.1.0) crashes all the Time as I'm using it on my iPad Pro 9.7. It crashes nearly every 5mn.

I recently updated my iPad to iOS 14.4.

Is there anyone here who can help me?

Ok, does it mean that it crashes if you've shared any image? Does it crash less often if you are offline while using your workflow? Are you working with many apps simultaneously? If you e.g force quit all apps, and restart the device, does it still reproduce relatively easily? thanks, Ignacio

Hi Ignacio,

thanks for answering.

I'm mainly working on jpg pics using lights and colors tools, transforming color pics to bnw.

But I feel that the problem is happening while the app is charging the image to the cloud or when I'm sharing and saving images on my iPad.

I regularly have a message asking me to free space on my iPad but I still have 60go free on it.

I haven't been able to use the app today as it crashes every 2mn.

 

Just hope you can help me.

Hi Ignacio,

sorry for the late answer.

the app crashed when I shared any images and it was the same on and offline.

I did What you recommended, quit all apps and restarted my device. It's far better now.
