Lightroom App not showing photos on my phone but uploads them to desktop

My lightroom App lets me upload photos, but doesn't show the photos I've uploaded. I can see them when I switch to my desktop. Here's what I've done so far:

Sign out and in

Force stop

Restart phone

Uninstall

Reinstall

Restart phone

Sorry that the Lightroom app does not show the images you've uploaded on your phone. 

Which version of Lightroom are you using on your phone and are you using an Android or iOS device?

Also, are you able to see other images on your phone? (like the one you've uploaded from your desktop or imported from any external source) 

A screenshot would be helpful for better understanding and diagnoses of the problem.
