Hi all
If I put my phone in Airplane mode I can no longer do any edits on the images on Lightroom CC Android (latest update, Samsung S6).
I can select Info, or Rate & Review and can flag the image. however if I enter Edit mode, it looks like the app cannot load the required editing functions and they remain greyed out.
Is this behavior normal?
Hi ddumitru,
Sorry that you cannot edit images in Lightroom CC mobile app when using the Airplane mode on your Android phone.
Could you please make sure that the image you're trying to "Edit" is downloaded to the device from the cloud? A good way to use the app without internet is that you can "Enable Offline Editing" as part of the collections settings first. With that you have all the data on your device available readily.

Thank you for your kind reply Akash.
downloading from the cloud won't be possible in the real scenario. I am trying to see if I will be able to use Lightroom for Android when I won't have internet connection.
The images will already be on the device.
The flow is:
Uploading images from camera using camera wifi. The images are now in a folder on the phone or tablet.
Add the images into lightroom. There is no internet connection available.
Do basic editing, flagging etc.
You are correct, once I upload them all into the cloud and download them back as smart previews then I can edit. But I won't be ale to do that in real life. What I am trying to understand is if this behavior is normal or there are some other factors impacting this.
The images are jpegg, 14-15 MB each.

This is an expected behavior as the editing won't be available unless the image is downloaded and available for editing.

Hello,
My Lightroom on my android doesn't allow any adjustments. They are all grayed out. I can only crop and use auto adjust. What's going on. It used to work.
