Lightroom CC Mobile doesn't remove presets

I work on both mobile and desktop apps and noticed that when I add new presets on desktop app, it syncs well to mobile. But when I remove a preset from desktop app, it doesn't remove it from mobile. What gives?! What am I doing wrong?

Also what devices and which versions of the software are you running?

Yes, they are also removed from the web version of lightroom. I have Pixel 2, Android OS v9, App Version 4.0 (Arm8).
