Lightroom CC Mobile on Pixel3/Android9 will not download photos

I use Lightroom Classic CC on my Mac & can sync photos to Lightroom on the web and Lightroom CC Mobile on my iPhone & iPad

Lightroom CC Mobile on my Pixel 3/Android 9 will not download photos only collection names are transferred and the number of photos in the collection, but not actual photos, I only get grey boxes when I open a collection on the Pixel3.

If I add a photo into a collection on the Pixel3 it uploads to all the other devices.

All apps are up to date (Lightroom CC Mobile 4.0 on the Pixel3) & I have a creative cloud subscription, I have reinstalled Lightroom on the Pixel3

Thoughts/suggestions ?
