Lightroom CC: never stops syncing 2 photo's

On my Mac app I have a "sync 2 photos" for almost one month. If I filter for synching photos it says "no results"

How can this be marked as final software?

Hi marcomartins,

We're sorry that you're facing sync issues with Lightroom CC. Could you please try the following:

1. Open the filter bar, go to the Sync Status pulldown, and choose Syncing.

2. For any files listed there, make some minor change. It could be a rating/flag change, add a keyword, or make a minor develop edit.

I've done that. When I select the filter do Syncing, no results are showed

No photos appear under that solution, like in the previous one.

Also that case is still open
