I see a valid Lightroom iOS subscription for the email address you used to sign in here.
Here are some things to try
Confirm you are signed into Lightroom using the correct email address (same you used for posting on the forums here).
Then, please try "Restore Purchases" via the Lr Mobile settings -- tap on the gear icon or 3-dots icon at the top right, then tap on your user name, and you should see “Restore Purchases”
If you still see the problem try to sign-out from iTunes & App Store settings and then try Restore Purchases in Lightroom again.
Steps: in iOS settings, tap on your user name, then tap on iTunes & App Store. Next, tap on your Apple ID+(user name) and choose Sign Out. After that, try Restore Purchase again in Lightroom and enter your correct Apple iTunes ID and password.
