I see a valid Lightroom iOS subscription for the email address you used to sign in here. 

Here are some things to try

  • Confirm you are signed into Lightroom using the correct email address (same you used for posting on the forums here).
  • Then, please try "Restore Purchases" via the Lr Mobile settings -- tap on the gear icon or 3-dots icon at the top right, then tap on your user name, and you should see “Restore Purchases”
  • If you still see the problem try to sign-out from iTunes & App Store settings and then try Restore Purchases in Lightroom again.
    • Steps: in iOS settings, tap on your user name, then tap on iTunes & App Store.  Next, tap on your Apple ID+(user name) and choose Sign Out.  After that, try Restore Purchase again in Lightroom and enter your correct Apple iTunes ID and password.
