Lightroom cc premium

Hi, I’ve purchased the premium lightroom options for the iOS app and it’s still saying expired. I’ve checked in my subscriptions and it’s showing that I’ve paid and it’s active.

ive tried logging out and logging back in same with Apple ID, I’ve also ininstalled app and installed and I’ve also tried to click on restore purchases but just says unable to error.

Any ideas on what hat I can do?

From what I can see at the server-side it looks like that you are signed in with the wrong adobe-id. I'll send you the adobe-id you should use via a private message...Guido/ Lr Mobile QE
