Lightroom crashing after Android 11 update

Since updating my Pixel 2 Android phone to the latest OS Android 11 a couple days ago, the Lightroom app keeps crashing on opening. It will only work if I go into the phone’s settings and clear Lightroom’s storage & cache every time I want to use it. This also means logging in fresh every single time. And then it only works if I stay in it. If I hide the app, it will crash when I go back to it.

I’ve uninstalled & reinstalled many times, and also restarted the phone many times.

I just finished a chat with Google Support where they had me clear data and cache for Google Play Store and Download Manager. The problem persists.

The app worked perfectly before the OS update.

Thoughts? Is anyone else having this problem?
