Opening up the in app camera for LR and the rear facing camera is auto B&W. Not a preset issue. Have reset, reinstall the app etc and still the same. Likely something ridiculous but I can't think of what is causing it. Any help?

Hi there,

That shouldn't be happening, could you please let us know the version of Lightroom you're using?
Also, what mobile device are you working with?
Is it happening with any other camera app?

Regards,
Sahil

Doesn't happen with any other camera. Just rear camera in Lightroom Camera App. Front facing camera is fine. Other camera apps are fine. Its P20 Pro. Lightroom Mobile v4. 4.2 Updated 18th Sept 2019

Similar issue on my Huawei P20 pro. LR 4.4.2. The only thing - the selfiecam gives colour, not the front.

According to this Adobe link, the only Huawei device supported at this time is the P9 Lite:

https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/kb/camera-raw-plug-supported-cameras.html

Unless an Adobe engineer drops in and can provide further guidance, I'd say your phone is not compatible with LR (for taking or editing DNG photos).

Hi all,

I can confirm exactly the same behaviour with the P20 Pro on EMUI 9.1. Lightroom App is Version 5.0, Nov 3, 2019. This is using Pro or Auto Mode, and either DNG or Jpeg. Front camera works in color, but that is n ot the point here. App is unusable at this point in time.
