Lightroom functions of the paid subscription

I paid for the Lightroom application in PlayMarket, the payment went through, but the functions of the paid subscription are not available on the phone. I tried to remove and install the application from PlayMarket, the result is the same. Galaxy S10

We are investigating reports of purchasing Lightroom Premium on Android, and believe we've identified the cause.  Are you able to purchase if you try now?
