Lightroom iOS issue

I'm having a serious issue with my Lightroom CC app for iOS. I'm using an iPhone 6s Plus on iOS 10.2, and I've come across an issue where photo thumbnails won't load in the app at all. The app also won't allow me to import any new photos, and I cannot reinstall the app because I would lose most, if not all of my photographs. Is there any way to fix this issue?

What you could try is to run a clear cache via the Lr Mobile setting  - Local Storage...btw is there any reason behind that you have running this older iOS version?  - Guido/ Lr Mobile QE

I don't have any options availible in the local secretions tab, sadly. Is there any other way to try and do that?
