I’m using an Iphone X. Lightroom mobile v3.1
The “Lightroom” gallery shows 3983 photos in the gallery page but when you click on it the gallery just shows a spinning ball.
I’ve been traveling for a few weeks and everything‘s been working pretty well. Yesterday I went in to delete a handful of images and they didn’t delete And they had been on previous editing session so I tried it again and that’s when the gallery froze, so to speak.
The Hotel internet has been lousy. Haven’t been able to back up for a week. Mainly concerned the images haven’t been lost. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Hi. Could you try a force restart of the Lr CC app.
Let me know if that helps.
If not, could you please send us a Lr CC Mobile diagnostic log which can be triggered when you open up the Lr Mobile settings via the top left Lr-icon and then navigate in to the Help&Support section and long-tab "Access our Support Forum"-entry and a diagnostic log will be generated and attached to your local mail client. Hope this helps to get a clue about your issue.

Sorry for the delayed response. Just got back from traveling.
I'm having the problem again. It shows that I have 4,772 images in "All Photos"but when i click in there is only a spinning ball. This time it began when I created an "album." Immediately access to the main photo library in LR app was no longer available.
Thanks so much,
Could you try with the Lr Mobile 3.1.1 version which we release a couple of hours ago? Let me know if you still see this issue. - Guido/ Lr Mobile QE
Still having the problem. It seems to be a network issue. Both times it’s happened when I was off network creating a gallery or ranking photos.
Do you see this issue for photos which you have imported on this device?
I have auto import turned on.
In as much detail as possible...
When I open the app, it shows a folder that says “all photos” this folder
says I have “4761” images. When I click on that it goes to what should be a
thumbnail gallery as has shown in the past but now only shows a spinning
Import does seem to be working but I have another 10,324 year to be
imported from the apple “photo” app. I’ve paused it to see if I can see the
“all photos” folder first. Don’t want to cliff everything just to continue
having this problem.
I’m looking for a very honest answer here, please. I’ve paid Adobe a
tremendous amount of money over the last 17 years and just dropped another
$200 on 1tb of cloud space to upload ALL of my images, including what’s
currently on iCloud which I want to get away from.
It appears adobe, based on all the customers remarks in the forums, is
having too much trouble making this app work correctly.
Is it better for me, as a faithful customer, to back away from Lightroom CC
for now and let you guys sort out the bugs?
Dng files on the phone is great, but if you can’t access them on the
Not really worth it.
Please guide me as if you we me in this situation. If you don’t really know
what’s going on....just tell me please. Honesty is everything right now.
To make sure I answer your question, it’s a problem. I cannot see the
images I’ve supposedly imported either.
Importing will bring in 200 or so and then stall.
