Lightroom Mobile all of a sudden changed my language

Although my iPhone is generally in dutch and all the apps in English, last week lightroom mobile all of a sudden changed to Spanish. This could be because I installed the Spanish keyboard recently but as it isn't my main language, I didn't want lightroom to change. All my other apps are still in English.

All my desktop apps can be English on an English OSX or English/dutch Windows, so why can't I change lightroom mobile?
I can't find any information how to change this back to English. I guess it is a bug why it changed anyway, but does somebody have a fix?
