Lightroom mobile and high noise iPhone 11 pro max

Hi everyone, I've noticed a very high noise when shooting with my iPhone directly from the Lighroom app. With the prevoius model of iPhone that level of noise wasn't there and I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue. 

Below there's a picture taken at 64 ISO and converted in jpeg and frankly i think that noise is way too much. At the bottom you'll find a link with the original dng. Thanks for helping.
