Lightroom mobile app crashes when creating presets

Hello, 

I have downloaded the Lightroom mobile app and I am trying to upload some presets. I have sucessfully uploaded the files in .DNG of the presets on the app, but when I try to create the preset and press the final validation button, the app turns off and opens again right after, with the presets un-uploaded.

I have tried many times, have deleted the app and downloaded again but it does not work.

 

Would you have some advice to fix this problem and to upload the presets? I am looking forward to use them!

Hi,

does this also occur if you import the DNG and press Apply while in flight mode?

Hello Ignacio,

No, I am on Wifi when pressing Apply, it freezes for 5 seconds, the app crashes and opens again 10 seconds later.

I have tried with flight mode and the same problem occurs. I have send you one of the .DNG files that I am trying to use as preset. Could you please let me know how to proceed to fix this problem?
