LIGHTROOM MOBILE APP NOT IMPORTING DNG PRESET FILES

Hello all, i need your expertise!

 

I purchased some presets this afternoon to use in lightroom mobile app. I have downloaded the file and unzipped it. I then trasferred the unzipped file to my dropbox account, and attempted to upload the DNG files to lightroom (I have done this in the past before with no issues)

HOWEVER...

I saved the files from my dropbox mobile app onto my camera roll (these dng images show up as a grey square on my camera roll) Once in lightroom, after I attempt to upload the files from my camera roll i simply get a message saying 'IMPORT FAILED'.

 

I have never encountered this issue before, i have an iPhone XR, fully updated with latest software updates and no issues with lightroom before...any ideas what could be going wrong?

Hi Bethany,

 

It's pretty strange that they appear as grey in the camera roll. Have you tried importing direct from Dropbox via the Files app or if you have Cloud Storage importing via a browser at http://lightroom.adobe.com/
