Lightroom mobile new subscription not working

Hello all

I am having a very frustrating experience with adobe lightroom mobile subscription. I purchased a new subscription with itunes yesterday but premium features are not working. I have tried restore purchase, signing in and out of apple and adobe id contacted apple support they said to contact adobe and when i contacted adobe they said to contact apple. Please please please someone help me with this issue
