I am having issues getting downloaded presets to apply to my photos. The presets (dng) were uploaded to LR mobile on my Note 20 and will show what the preset is supposed to do in the thumbnail when looking at the presets. However, when I tap on them to apply to the photo, nothing changes. I have had someone try on their iPhone and they apply just fine. I decided to pay for a subscription to LR on desktop and imported the presets into there and after they synced to my phone they applied just fine. I have decided to end my subscription to Adobe Cloud and now I am back to square one where the presets are not changing the photo. Please help
