Lightroom Mobile presets

So I just synced my lightroom cc with my mobile app and I tried to sync my presets and only a few synced. But the only ones that didn't sync were ones that I paid for?? I can't find anything online about why they won't sync... Anyone know what I can do to get those presets on my phone?

Are you having problems seeing presets for JPG images or also for RAW's?

Both. On my desktop Lightroom has all of my presets, and when i go in my mobile app online the free ones are available. They just aren't even there.

do you have the setting Hide Partially Compatible Presets disabled on your desktop?

What you can try out is to create a new preset on your device.
Does it show up in Lightroom on the desktop?
