Lightroom Mobile still display my account as "Trial Expired" despite purchase

Hi everyone,

I'm currently super stuck on this issue. I was subscribed to a 1-month plan from my phone and the money is now gone but the trial status on my account is not. I tried everything in vain including cancel the plan, re-sub, sign in sign out, etc.

Google Playstore didn't even refund me the money. Can anyone tell me what to do now?

Hello, I understand that you are currently in tiral expired state although you have an active subscription in Google Play. Can you please help me with some additional information - what happens when you bring up the upsell and try to purchase Lightroom premium subscription again? In case you see an error, please provide a screenshot.
