I work for a college in the UK and we have a site wide education license for Creative Cloud. I should have access to Lightroom CC on my ipad but it now says Trial Expired when I log in. Our IT team have been useless at troubleshooting and it has been ongoing for nearly 3 months! Can somebody from Adobe assist? I get the same issue on my windows desktop and my android device, so is not an IOS issue. Is anyone able to give me a definitive solution?
Please contact your school's administrator for your Adobe Creative Cloud plan to confirm your access to Lightroom and that the account you are signed into is a registered user.
