i have just bought the monthly creative cloud service asa replacement for LR v 5 that I have on my desktop mac.

all the tutorials speak to being able to share libraries with all my mobile devices, iphones and ipads.

having downloaded LR for the ipad I cannot get it to connect to my new cloud account and see the synced libraries from my mac

What is worse Adobe support refuse to help me with this functionality setup which was a major selling feature of the creative cloud service!!

I hope you can help?

Hi Phil,

Log in to http://lightroom.adobe.com and see if your Synced Collections with the Smart Previews from LR Desktop are there.

If they are not, then the issue is the sync from the Desktop.

If they are there it's something to do with the sync to the iPad.
