Lightroom won't allow me to add any of photos from my phone (phone app)

I don't think this is my phone's problem, I mean it worked perfectly fine few weeks ago. but then suddenly, Lightroom just won't allow me to add any photos from my photo gallery on my phone (sometimes it takes a very long time). I have deleted and downloaded it again, and cleared all the cache, but it still won't work...

Please can someone help me? I really do love this app!

P.S I am using a One Plus 3

No, there isn't unfortunately. When click add photos, it just won't add it into my lightroom photos. Sometimes it does work, but it takes a very long time (1 hourish). I assume it is a bug probably.
