Logged into LR on new iPhone and photos are not there

Just got a new iPhone and logged in to LR and my photos and presents are not there. How do I get photos and presents on new phone.

As you're not able to see your images and presets on the new mobile device, could you please let us know if you;re able to see them here? https://lightroom.adobe.com/libraries

Are you signed in using your Adobe ID?
Also, do you have a subscription or trial?
