I had the free version and this error occurred, in my library some '' ghost '' images appeared (it was said that there was an image, but the preview was gray and forever loading, but the date and time information remained) so I updated to the premium to see if the images came back, because when I was going to try to export one of those "ghost" images, I said that it was not possible to export because it did not have this functionality in the free version.
I upgraded to premium and now the app only detected 91 photos, of which there were more than 200 before, there were some important photos among those that were '' lost '' could I redeem, or did I really lose?
