LOST ALL MY lightroom Pictures + got a 30 days trial I never signed up for

Please help. 

I have been using the Lightroom app from the iPhone for years. 
Last week I was using it from my iPhone XR as usual.
Then I decided to try and log in for the first time ever, from my Mac (Catalina 10.15.5). 
As soon as I did that, all the pictures I ever edited through the Lightroom app (around 258) were gone. 
Seeing that the "library" was empty, I quickly looked at my phone, just to see the app automatically updating in front of my eyes- without having pressed anything- just as I logged from the mac, it automatically changed on the iPhone too. All the pictures were indeed gone. 


My life was there. 

also came out this: 30 DAYS TRIAL REMAINING.  - (which now are 23)
I don't know where this came from or what it is and it appears that customer service doesn't see any subscription either.

 Customer service online chat was simply dismissive, the one on the phone said they would ring me within 24 hours, and one week later I got a super dismissive and non-customer-friendly email (and not a call) with a link to fix this through iTunes, which does not apply to me now since I have the latest Catalina version with a totally new iTunes use. 

Any suggestions? 
The email I am using for logging in is correct and the same and only one I was using before. 
I think the only difference is that I Didi the log-in through Facebook option when logging in from my Mac.

Hoping somebody can help me.

Hi, 

sorry to hear about your issue, with which application did you login on your desktop machine?
Have you verified that you are indeed using the same user id on both?
E.g. if you login to https://lightroom.adobe.com do you see any images there?

Note that logging in over Facebook might not necessarily be the same as logging in with that Adobe id over the Adobe login.

browser. On the iPhone XR I always used the app instead. Never from a
browser.

I use the same email for Facebook.
So what I am afraid of, is that it overrode my previous account by using
the same email address when logging in via Facebook instead, and for some
reason made a weird 30 days subscription to Lightroom.
Which is weird cos I don’t recall pressing any subscription button.

Anyhow, I don’t care much about the subscription now, but I care about
recovering my lost pictures . 🙂

Logging in from the Lightroom website will start a trial subscription with no strings attached.

Would it be possible for you to send us a diagnostic log from your device?
You can do so by
1. tapping on the gear icon
2. tap on Help & support
3. do a long tap and hold on Access our Support Forum
