I changed my mobile Phone. and when i reinstall lightroom CC to my new iPhone there was no photo. I bought premium for help. But no... still dont have my photos

Unfortunately then there is not much we can do from our side. In case you are still able to get hands on your old phone and Lr Mobile is still installed you could try the following to get your photos....How to recover Lightroom for mobile (iOS) photos using iTunes File Sharing

Hi berfe,

Did you have a subscription, and did your photos get backed up to LR CC in the cloud? Have you signed in to LR Mobile with the same Adobe ID you used previously?

If you did not sync to the cloud, do you still have access to the old phone?

If you've previously synced with the cloud, your photos should be safe. Perhaps one of the Adobe staff can help you get reconnected with your images, based on your Adobe ID.

Hi Berfe. From what I can see it looks like  that you have purchased the Lr Mobile subscription plan via your new phone on Dec 5, and with your old phone you had Lr Mobile running as a freemium user, not signed in to this subscripton. Am I right with my assumption?

Did you use a different trial account which has been synced to the server-side. Or was this just locally stored on your old phone and never synced? Just asking to understand if there is something on the server-side where we could try to give you access on. - Guido
