Lost all photos after iTunes restore

I had a new iPhone. So typically, I backup all fines in itunes.  Then ALL my photos in the app are now gone after the restore. Is there any way I can recover them?all of my edited photos. are now gone. Tried to login my acoount as well, while my sister who does not have an account and has restored iphone still has everything.

Did you have a CC Plan that had Cloud Storage included and if so, did they sync to Cloud?
