Good afternoon!
I use the Lightroom application on my Android phone. Wanting to have more space in the internal storage in the program menu is the option "storage and device" and within it "use SD card". When using this option the application sent the photos to an unknown destination and I lost many edited photos that were within the Lightroom Mobile menu.
I tried to download my content from the Adobe Lightroom Downloader App and it downloaded 26.9 gb when the total in the cloud is 35.6 gb which I also don't have access to.
Neither from the chat with specialists or from the telephone service could they give me a solution to recover my photos.
I canceled the premium plan from the Play Store but the plan is valid until August 24 of this month.
My idea is to move to the photography plan to be able to use Photoshop in addition to Lightroom.
It makes me sad and angry how little Adobe is interested in helping me when for many months I paid the Premium plan and it is my idea to continue using the company's programs.
My last test or attempt is to ask for help in the community and see if there is a solution.

But unfortunately my solution is to contact a lawyer to repair the damage or loss of photos of me for not having help from Adobe.

Thank you very much in advance and I await comments.

If there is any phrase or sentence misspelled excuse me and I use the Google translator.

Regards!
