Lost photos trial version expired

I had all of my photos saved on Lightroom but I was still on the trial version, but in the meantime my phone got stolen, and when I downloaded lightroom on my new phone all the pictures were gone beachse my trial version has expired, does anyone know if the photos will come back if I buy the premium version?
