Hi alexanderk2796478,

Sorry that some of your images are missing from the Lightroom mobile app.

Could you please let us know the version of Lightroom app and the make & model of your mobile device you're using?

Also, did you captured these images using the Lightroom's in-app camera and in which format?

I'd recommend that you check for your images on Lightroom web as well. Login with your AdobeID here: Photo Editor | Online Photoshop Lightroom

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Akash

Do you see a folder "AdobeLightroom" in your Gallery on your phone and does it have the images you're missing?

You may also check for the images in a File explorer under the  Internal storage / DCIM / LightroomCamera folder.

Hi Alex,

Could you please help us with the diagnostics log generated from the Lightroom mobile app?

  • You can trigger  "Diagnostics Report" from Lr mobile,
  • Long-press the top left LR icon within the Lightroom mobile app, click "send feedback" button.
  • After that LR mobile generates a diagnostic log and opens this up within your e-mail client that you may download and then provide us the same via a Dropbox link

Thanks,

Akash

How exactly your images went missing? Did the app crashed/freezed when that happened or you saw them dropping off the app as they were syncing?

Also have sent you couple more private messages, please check.
